the state of illinois sucks

this state is fuckin horrible, state government wise.

1. the tollway
This shit should've been done with a long time ago, like promised. Instead they decide to _double_ toll rates for people without IPASS. In a year or two the rates will also be doubled for IPASS users too. Go figure.

2. construction
yeah we have two seasons: winter and construction. Lazy bastards.

3. and much more that doesn't come to mind as of now.
